You can do this either during the creation of a new mailbox or any time later on if you decide that you'll need this function. During the process, you will be able to decide if you prefer a backup of the messages to be maintained on the server. This way, you'll have a backup and you'll avoid the possibility to lose an e-mail if the forwarding is to an outside address, that's momentarily unavailable. This feature can be activated and disabled any time, but if you use emails for critical matters, it is better to use it, since no data of the email messages are kept on the server when the option is not active. Any time you determine that you do not need forwarding anymore, it will take just a mouse click to disable it.

With a semi-dedicated server plan from our company, it requires just a couple of clicks to forward any of your email addresses located from the account to any third-party mailbox. It is possible to do this from the feature-rich Email Manager section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and during the process you could also decide if a backup of your e-mails must be maintained on our servers or not. The aforementioned feature is optional, but valuable since you will have a backup of your incoming e-mails, so whether or not anything happens with the other email address, you'll not lose any info.
