Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a few clicks if you work with a Linux cloud hosting from us. This can be done in the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where you can see all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You can choose an email and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and pick the feature in the context menu which will appear. All you need to do will be to enter the content that you'd like to be sent as the automated reply and save the modification. You can type in any text you want and updating or removing the auto-responder feature can be just as easy. In the same section of the Control Panel it is easy to keep track of which e-mail accounts have the option enabled and which don't.

You will be able to activate the auto-responder function for any of your e-mail addresses if you use a semi-dedicated server package with our company. Our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel, used to manage the hosting plans, is extremely intuitive and simple to operate, so adding an auto-responder will take you a few mouse clicks - all it takes to do that is to visit the Emails area, click the auto-responder button for any specific email, type the content that you want to be sent by our system to people who contact you through e-mail and save the changes. In an identical way you are able to additionally change the text or completely remove it when the automatic reply is not necessary.
